Winter's the time when the immune system becomes erratic and cold and flu become common. The session is scheduled for the 22nd and 29 of October and the 5th of November at the 7Elmwood Avenue based centre.

The 3 week long session includes detoxification education seminars for 30 minutes each, weekly menu plan and recipe pack, change of season soup mix, and email support for the entire duration of the cleansing program.
